If the ordered items are in stock (marked as "In Stock"), shipping usually takes place within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Within Germany, we ship via DHL. The delivery time is usually 1–2 business days. For orders over 200 € net, we offer free shipping.
Deliveries to other EU countries are made via UPS Standard. For orders over 600 € net, standard shipping within the EU is free of charge.
For particularly urgent shipments, we also offer shipping via UPS Express Saver. Please note that shipping costs always apply to express deliveries, and the rules for free shipping do not apply.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number, which you can use to track the current status of your shipment at any time.
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order, the destination country, and the selected shipping method. Please refer to the following table for the respective shipping costs for individual weight classes and country groups.

Orders are shipped exclusively on business days. No processing or shipping takes place on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery is carried out in accordance with the regulations of the respective shipping provider and usually only on business days.
